Lakes are pleasant; Crystal Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Central Lakes. Dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Virginia, and you can hit the slopes at Giants Ridge in the neighborhood. Central Lakes is a location that is rather arid mostly; the wettest month of the year is generally June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Eveleth       Veteran's Park is a glorious campground nearby; whitewater paddling is great on St. Louis River. At Central Lakes during the warm months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's, and night lows in the-10's for Central Lakes. This lake is so wonderful.
