You just have to go for Cedar Lake. The Taconite Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Eshquaguma Country Club is in the neighborhood. There's so much to do here at Cedar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Gilbert Sherwood Forest is a glorious spot for that; Lodge At Giants Ridge is a good       spot to get some rest. Throughout the months of summer at Cedar Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-20's to Cedar Lake. What would winter be without some skiing at Giants Ridge, and if you're here, you could also have a look at gorgeous Wynne Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's fine hiking along the Canfield Portage;                  after a long day outdoors Super 8 Eveleth is a good spot to spend a night or two. The yearly rainfall here at Cedar Lake is about average; through June this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
