You can run the rapids of Snake River right next door to Cedar Lake; Hinckley-Days Inn is a great site to get some rest. For the period of the summer months at Cedar Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Cedar Lake temperatures dip to the-10's.       Why not take a refreshing hike along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail, and a magnificent place to camp here at Cedar Lake is Kettle River Camping Park. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! Cedar Lake is so good! A great place for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Cedar Lake is Kettle River. If you're a golfer then a wonderful close by course is Grand National Golf Club, and do take a hike on the Minnesota-Wisconsin Boundary State Trail.                  After a long day outdoors Travelodge Hinckley is a perfect location to spend a night or two; why not camp at Pokegama Lake RV Park while you're here at Cedar Lake.
