Super 8 Ely Minnesota is a delightful site to get some rest; close by you find the Stuart Portage which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Cedar Lake is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Gateway North Outfitters is a magnificent place to camp nearby. Lakes? Sure, Bright Lake is       nearby, and the Kelly Trail is a good hiking trail close by. And if that's not sufficient, there's a lot more to do in the neighborhood of Cedar Lake. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Picketts Lake; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Crooked Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Grand Ely Lodge Resort and Conference Center is a nice place to spend a night or two, and there's                  whitewater on Stony River for all you adrenaline people. Canoe Country Outfitters is a magnificent local campground, and golf can be played at Ely Golf Club. Cedar Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here; February is when it's the driest. Summertime at Cedar Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
