A splendid location to camp here at Cedar Lake is Austin's Swamp, and the great folks of Brainerd like to hang out close by. Summertime highs at Cedar Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 10's; after the sun is down through the wintertime       temperatures at Cedar Lake drop into the-10's. From a rainfall point of view Cedar Lake is a relatively typical location; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Cedar Lake.
