Bush Lake is pretty dried out typically; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Round Lake Dam has splendid water scenery and it's close to Bush Lake; a pretty lake like Dry Lake is a great       place to have a look at. So many amusing things near Bush Lake, truly mind-boggling. There's tremendous hiking along the Otterkill Trail, and if you need a spot to stay The Lodge on Lake Detroit is a glorious choice. There's so much to do here at Bush Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Curley's On Cotton Lake is a wonderful place for that, and do go to Waboose Lake, it's a scenic lake. Detroit Lakes Clubhouse Resort is a good site to get some                  rest, and don't leave Bush Lake without first going for a hike along the Little Scenic Trail. During the long summer days here at Bush Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's while night lows are generally in the 50's.
