Burgo Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; during June this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Kelly Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Stony River offers some good whitewater. Ely Golf Club is a splendid       golf course nearby, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Burgo Lake; Stuart Portage is a nice local trail. Gateway North Outfitters is a magnificent campground nearby; there are other locations here than Burgo Lake, for example Hobo Lake. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Burgo Lake reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 10's, and nighttime lows at Burgo                  Lake during the wintertime commonly descend into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Crooked Lake Trail; Canoe Country Outfitters is a fine local campground. Any time is a nice time at Burgo Lake if you go for the outdoors.
