Go to Bryan Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Through the long summer days here at Bryan Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. During the winter highs are commonly in the 10's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Bryan Lake dip into the-10's. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Bryan Lake is great! You'll come across a lovely lake called Whitney Tailings

| | Basin near Bryan Lake, and the Snake Trail offers hiking at its best. Mesaba Co-Op Park is a brilliant local campground, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Link Lake Trail. From a rainfall point of view Bryan Lake is a reasonably typical spot; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. Super 8 Motel is a glorious site to get some rest. Why not camp at Forest Heights RV and Mobile Park while you're here at Bryan Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bryan Lake; Stingy Lake Trail
is a great local trail; while you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Mesaba Country Club. A pretty lake like Whitney Clearwater Basin in the neighborhood of Bryan Lake is a splendid place to pop by; if you need a place to stay Hibbing Park Hotel is a great choice.

There is plenty to do at the resort too. Swan Lake is known for its water clarity throughout the summer. Fishing is almost always good with a healthy supply of sunfish, crappies, northern and walleyes. Largemouth bass are definitely the most sought after fish the past few years with most of them released again after they are weighed and their picture is taken for our ''fishing report'' board. Our swimming area is safely marked off with no dangerous drop offs. We have plenty of sand for sunbathing and sandcastle building.
When you're not in or on the water you can play volleyball, badminton, ''fun'' frisbee golf, basketball, pitch horseshoes or play bocce ball. All recreational equipment can be checked out at no charge. Our game room is always busy with kids playing pinball or pool. At our convenience store you'll be able to pick up basic groceries, ice cream, pizzas, snacks, ice, fishi... |
