Go for a hike on the Krull Trail. There's so much to do here at Browns Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Springsteel Resort is a fine location for that. Summertime highs at Browns Lake generally tend to be in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Browns Lake temperatures drop to the-20's.       This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Browns Lake without first going for a hike along the Spina Trail, and going for a hike on the Nelson Trail is always a pleasant adventure.
