Hiking is a popular thing to do around Bright Lake; Crooked Lake Trail is a great local trail; a fine place to camp here at Bright Lake is Canoe Country Outfitters. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Kelly Trail, and if you're here you can play some golf at Ely Golf Club. Lakes are such calm spots, why not explore Hawks Nest Lake right       next door to Bright Lake, and if you need a site to stay Super 8 Ely Minnesota is a glorious choice. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do in the vicinity of Bright Lake. Fall Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth visiting, and Bright Lake is right by the Stuart Portage. Camping is available at Gateway North Outfitters, and Mist Bay is reasonably close. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a stunning lake called Cedar Lake near                  Bright Lake, and Grand Ely Lodge Resort and Conference Center is a great location to get some rest. All through the summer at Bright Lake temperatures are usually in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Bright Lake drop into the-10's.
