All the outdoors fun stuff close to Bright Lake will keep you coming back many times. Near Bright Lake you locate the Crooked Lake Trail which is a good hiking trail, and a visit to nearby Mist Bay is very relaxing. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Bright Lake, and the nighttime is rather colder of course, commonly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's with temperatures       at Bright Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. Bright Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Gateway North Outfitters is a good local campground, and a lake nearby is Cedar Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Motel Ely, and if you get bored of Bright Lake you could also go to close by Hawks Nest Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Ely is a tremendous location to get some rest; a golf course close by is Ely                  Golf Club. If you came to camp Canoe Country Outfitters is a magnificent place to do that, and whitewater paddling is good on Stony River. White Hills is a peak you can make out from Bright Lake; while you're here, you could visit Fall Creek. Bright Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful.
