Lakes       are such calm places, why not pop by Nellie Lake in close proximity to Boxell Lake, and you'll meet a lot of people from Brainerd here. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Boxell Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 10's with temperatures at Boxell Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights.
