And that's not all you can do here at Black Island Lake. Do stop at Beaver Lake in the neighborhood of Black Island Lake, it's a charming lake, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Antler Lake Store & Motel. The yearly rainfall here at Black Island Lake is about average; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. You'll need more than a       day to look at everything Black Island Lake has to offer, you can camp at Spider Shores Resort, and you can run the rapids of Big Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at North Star Campground, and Black Island Lake is right by the Skeeter Lake Trail System. High temperatures at Black Island Lake during the days of summer are in the 70's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's with winter lows in the-20's                  overnight here at Black Island Lake.
