So many cool things to do at Birch Lake, so little time. A wonderful lake like Buck Lake near Birch Lake is a fine location to explore, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Skeeter Lake Trail System. The warmest time of the year at Birch Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's.       High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 10's with temperatures at Birch Lake dipping down into the-20's through winter nights. Thistledew Campground is a delightful local campground, and Birch Lake is right by the Wasson Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful nearby hotel is Budget Host Inn Grand Rapids; do take a hike on the Wilson Lake Trail. Birch Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; during the month of July                  you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
