If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Big Rosendal Lake. If you come at the right time of year, Little Fork River offers some delightful whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Elbow Lake Lodge. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Big Rosendal Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wakemup Bay Campground is a glorious spot for that, and since you might       be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Minnow Lake. Take a side visit to Maki Creek; Americinn - Mt Iron, Mn is a delightful site to get some rest. This is a great area for people who like lakes. Rosendal Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Taconite Trail. Through the warm days of summer at Big Rosendal Lake highs are commonly in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime                  comes with highs in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Big Rosendal Lake. Not much rainfall falls here at Big Rosendal Lake; during June this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Mesabi Range.
