Throughout the days of summer at Big Pine Lake highs are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Big Pine Lake. There's always Big Pine Lake Dam to pop by close to Big Pine       Lake, and Big Pine Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Near Big Pine Lake you hit upon the Herubin Truck Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail; if you came for an overnight stay Bremen Woods Resort and Campground is a great place to camp. What a place this is for outdoors people. Going for a hike on the Giese Truck Trail is always a great adventure; Kettle River is a brilliant whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Big Pine Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; during June this area sees the most rain while February is typically the driest month.
