There are other locations here than Big Ole Lake, for example Baldy Lake, and after a long day outdoors Antler Lake Store & Motel is a great location to spend a night or two. Big Ole Lake is a good place of common rain; most of the rain falls through July; February is when it's the driest. Just can't get enough of Big Ole Lake. Summertime highs at Big Ole Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. For the period of the       dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Big Ole Lake are in the-20's. Dry warm beds await you at Pine Grove Motel; there are great places to explore along the Skeeter Lake Trail System. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Big Ole Lake has to offer, you can camp at North Star Campground, and going for a hike on the Suomi Hills                  Trail System is always a good adventure.
