If you came for an overnight stay Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a pleasant place to camp, and golf can be played at Saint Croix National Golf Club. A normal amount of rain falls here at Big Carnelian Lake; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. After a long       day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites STILLWATER is a fine site to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend St. Croix River. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Wild Mountain, and there are other places here than Big Carnelian Lake, for example Little Carnelian Lake. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. Visiting Saint Croix National Scenic                  River is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and not far from Big Carnelian Lake you'll discover Square Lake which is a wonderful lake. Why not camp at Golden Acres since you're here at Big Carnelian Lake; if you come at the right time of year, Apple River offers some great whitewater. All through the months of summer at Big Carnelian Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's while overnight lows are regularly in the 60's.
