Bensen Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. There is a magnificent hiking trail near Bensen Lake called the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail. Lakes are glorious; Blesener Lake is a lake that's near Bensen Lake. Ninemile Creek is a tremendous place to stop at, and float down the rapids of Baptism River in a kayak. Bensen       Lake is a good spot of normal rainfall; most of the rain falls during June while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the period of the warm days of summer at Bensen Lake highs are typically in the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Bensen Lake are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Sawtooth Mountain is a                  major characteristic of the area around Bensen Lake, and Sawtooth Mountain is clearly visible from Bensen Lake. Camping at Silver Bay Koa Kampground is always a perfect experience, and a glorious nearby hotel is Americinn Silver Bay. This lake is so wonderful.
