Get drenched paddling on Baptism River, and you can have a great       hiking adventure along the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail. Bensen Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; June is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Americinn Silver Bay is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Bensen Lake has to offer, you can camp at Silver Bay Koa Kampground. Through the summertime months here                  at Bensen Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's with temperatures at Bensen Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Tofte, Mn, and Blesener Lake is a good lake close by.
