There are other places here than Beaver Lake, for example Blind Pete Lake, and after a long day outdoors Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids is a good place to spend a night or two. The annual rain here at Beaver Lake is about average; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Through the summer highs here at Beaver       Lake reach the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are usually in the 10's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Beaver Lake temperatures dip to the-20's. Camping at Beaver Lake is wonderful fun, Spider Shores Resort is a wonderful local campground, and going for a hike on the Wasson Lake Trail is always a magnificent adventure. If you came for an overnight stay                  Thistledew Campground is a fine place to camp; close by you hit upon the Wilson Lake Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This spot is unbeatable, just look at all the entertaining things to do near Beaver Lake.
