Beaver Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Spider Shores Resort is a fine local campground, and you can go for a hike on the Suomi Hills Trail System. Summertime at Beaver Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 10's; overnight lows during the wintertime for Beaver Lake tend to       be in the-20's. Don't leave Beaver Lake without first going for a hike along the Skeeter Lake Trail System, and Bahr's Motel is a splendid place to get some rest. Adele Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at. From a rainfall point of view Beaver Lake is a reasonably normal place; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
