This lake is so wonderful. Beatty Lake is right by the Beatty Portage, and a fine close by hotel is Pine Ridge Motel. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Vermilion River; you're probably into lakes, Auchagah Lake is one of those nearby. A normal amount of rain falls here at Beatty Lake; through June this area sees the most rain, and the driest       month is February. Through the summertime months at Beatty Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 10's while Beatty Lake night low temperatures all through the winter are in the-20's. Camping at Sioux River Campground is always a glorious experience, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Canfield Portage. Tower Cafe & Hotel is a brilliant                  location to get some rest; Beatty Lake is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Lake Jeanette Campground is a perfect local campground. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time.
