Hiking along the Spur Lake Trail System is great fun; not far from Bay Lake you'll find Clear Lake which is a pretty lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Hill Motel & Liquor is a great choice, and some of the water close by flows, like Hinken Creek. High temperatures at Bay Lake during the warm days of summer are in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. During the winter this place       gets highs in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Bay Lake. Bay Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; throughout June this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Gosh Dam Place is a wonderful spot to get some rest, and Bay Lake is right by the Plum Creek Trail. Yeah, come here to Bay Lake for a good time.
