Dry warm beds await you at Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains; do stop at Fay Lake, it's a beautiful lake. This place, Bat Lake, it simply has so much outdoors amusing stuff. If you came to camp Gunflint Pines is a good place to do that, and drift down the rapids of Temperance River in a kayak. The Gneiss Trail is a great hiking trail right next door to Bat Lake, and if you need a site to stay Americinn - Tofte, Mn is a great choice.

| | summer days highs here at Bat Lake reach the 70's; the nighttime is fairly colder of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Bat Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Pine Portage is always a tremendous adventure. There's so much to do here at Bat Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sawbill Campground is a magnificent location for that. Near Bat Lake | |

you stumble on the Maraboeuf Lake Portage which is a nice hiking trail, and you'll hit upon a stunning lake called Fishgig Lake.
Bat Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is typically August, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
