Don't leave Bass Lake without first going for a hike along the Skeeter Lake Trail System, and dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Inn Grand Rapids. Good hiking is available along the Wilson Lake Trail; Bass Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Swan Lake Resort is a tremendous local campground. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Bass Lake; of all the months in a year       July is the one with the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. That right there is heaps of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Mesabi Range has it all. Why not go to close by Balsam Creek if you're here at Bass Lake; not far from Bass Lake you'll find Crooked Lake which is a beautiful lake. Bass Lake is located in the Mesabi Range. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Bass Lake, too pleasant to be true. Go for a hike on the Wasson Lake                  Trail. At Bass Lake during the summer highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Bass Lake temperatures descend to the-20's. This lake is so wonderful.
