And that's not all you can do here at Bass Lake. After a long day outdoors Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids is a good spot to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the Wilson Lake Trail is always a tremendous adventure; a great place to camp here at Bass Lake is Thistledew Campground. All through the long summer days highs here at Bass Lake reach the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures       are in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 10's; through the dark hours in the winter at Bass Lake temperatures dip to the-20's. Why not camp at Spider Shores Resort while you're here at Bass Lake, and a tremendous place for whitewater paddling is Big Fork. While you're here at Bass Lake, you could also stop at beautiful Ann Lake, and don't leave Bass Lake without first going for a hike along the Skeeter Lake Trail System. Bass                  Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
