Summertime highs at Bass Lake typically tend to be in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. wonderful. There's wonderful hiking along the Skeeter Lake Trail System, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Swan Lake Country Club. This site, the Mesabi Range, has so much outdoors exciting stuff.
Not far from Bass Lake, you'll come across Spring Lake which is a delightful lake, and Budget Host Inn Grand Rapids is a nice site to get some rest. The Mesabi Range scenery is always beautiful.

When you're not in or on the water you can play volleyball, badminton, ''fun'' frisbee golf, basketball, pitch horseshoes or play bocce ball. All recreational equipment can be checked out at no charge. Our game room is always busy with kids playing pinball or pool. At our convenience store you'll be able to pick up basic groceries, ice cream, pizzas, snacks, ice, fishing licenses, tackle, and night crawlers. We also carry unleaded gas and motor oil. We have hiking trails up through the woods and a playground for the little ones. The paved Central Lakes Trail goes right by us, so bring your bikes. Our paddleboats, kayaks and canoes are free to guests for on-the-water fu... |
