Bass Lake is right by the Switzerland Trail, and if you need a location to stay 40 Club Inn is a fine choice. Little Pine Creek Dam is a picturesque location close to Bass Lake. Camping is available at Red Door, and a splendid nearby hotel is Wigwam Motel. Bass Lake is a good location of common rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.       If you came for an overnight stay Buck's Resort and Taxidermy is a great place to camp, and if you've had enough of Bass Lake, Moulton Lake is close by. Summertime highs at Bass Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's.
