If you came for an overnight stay Gull Lake Campground and Mobile is a good spot to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Americ Inn. For the period of the months of summer at Bass Lake highs are usually in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 10's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Bass Lake descend       into the-10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. You could also visit Drury Lake since you're here at Bass Lake; it's nearby, and going for a hike on the Carter Lake Trail is always a good adventure. It is very dehydrated here at Bass Lake usually; the month with most of the rain is June while February is ordinarily the driest month. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Buena Vista, and nearby you locate the Webster Lake Trail System                  which is a brilliant hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Moens Birch Haven Campground, and after a long day outdoors Drake Motel is a great spot to spend a night or two.
