Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Bemidji, and a lake nearby is Little Rice Lake. For the period of the days of summer here at Bass Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Bass Lake temperatures plunge to the-10's. Bass Lake gets very little precipitation;       the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. Camping at Balsam Beach Resort and Camp is always a pleasant experience, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Carter Lake Trail. Here at Bass Lake there are plenty of people from Bemidji, and if you came to camp Bel-air Motel is a good place to do that. Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Bass Lake. Northern                  Inn is a great place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
