For the period of the summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Baskatong Lake, and the nighttime is a little chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Baskatong Lake temperatures dip       to the-10's. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Cross River, and the Old Pines Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby.
