You'll need more than a day to explore everything Bartlet Lake has to offer, you can camp at Thistledew Campground, and Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids is a delightful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Kelly Lake is in the vicinity, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Wilson Lake Trail. There's so much to do here at Bartlet Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Jko Campground is a great location for

| | that, and going for a hike on the Skeeter Lake Trail System is always a nice adventure. Not far from Bartlet Lake, you'll come across May Lake which is a pretty lake, and dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Inn Grand Rapids. Any time is a nice time at Bartlet Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Whitewater paddling is great on Big Fork; the Wasson Lake Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. There is plenty to do at the resort too. Swan Lake is known for its water clarity throughout the summer. Fishing is almost always good with a healthy supply of sunfish, crappies, northern and walleyes. Largemouth bass are definitely the most sought after fish the past few years with most of them released again after they are weighed and their picture is taken for our ''fishing report'' board. Our swimming area is safely marked off with no dangerous drop offs. We have plenty of sand for sunbathing and sandcastle building.
