Barrett Lake is right by the Cutfoot Sioux Trail, and Spider Shores Resort is a glorious campground nearby. Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids is a glorious location to get some rest. From a rainfall point of view Barrett Lake is a rather typical spot; the month with most of the rain is June; February is when it's the driest. Thistledew Campground is a nice local campground; hiking along the       Wasson Lake Trail is magnificent fun. Be careful coming to Barrett Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Looking for some flowing water? Try Deer Creek; since you're here, you could also stop at pretty Busties Lake. A tremendous site for whitewater paddling next to Barrett Lake is Big Fork, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Wilson Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Busties Lake Dam is worth a visit while you're here, and you'll                  discover a wonderful lake called Shine Lake. All through the summertime here at Barrett Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's.
