Pipestone Falls is always fun to check out, and Canoe Country Outfitters is a wonderful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. A nice close by hotel is Super 8 Ely Minnesota, and the Stuart Portage is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Just can't get enough of Azion Lake. Lakes are good; Newton Lake is a lake that's right       next door to Azion Lake, and Gateway North Outfitters is a great campground nearby. Azion Lake gets a common amount of rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is February. Not far from Azion Lake, you'll locate Thirtythree Lake which is a stunning lake, and after a long day outdoors Grand Ely Lodge Resort and Conference Center is a splendid place to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Azion Lake                  all through the summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Azion Lake.
