Summer at Austin Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are typically in the 10's while Austin Lake night low temperatures throughout       the wintertime are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of Austin Lake called the Headboom Logging Trail, and if you get bored of Austin Lake you could also take a look at nearby McGuire Lake. After a long day outdoors Americana Motel is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and Austin Lake is a magnificent spot to camp, Jko Campground is a magnificent spot.
