From a rain point of view Auchagah Lake is a reasonably normal location; the month with most of the rain is June, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Lake Jeanette Campground, and if you get bored of Auchagah Lake you could also take a look       at close by Beatty Lake. Snow Bay is nearby and always perfect to check out, and going for a hike on the Beatty Portage is always a pleasant adventure. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Auchagah Lake, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, commonly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's while Auchagah Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the-20's. After a long day outdoors Tower Cafe & Hotel is a splendid location                  to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Auchagah Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sioux River Campground.
