Ashigan Lake is right by the Snowbank Trail. The Old Pines Trail offers hiking at its best; if you came for an overnight stay Kawishiwi Lake Campground is a glorious site to camp. The amount of precipitation that falls at Ashigan Lake is close to the national average; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. If the weather is gorgeous,       you obtain a perfect panorama of Disappointment Mountain from Ashigan Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Americinn Silver Bay. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Powwoun Trail, and camping is available at North Country Campgrounds. During the warm days of summer at Ashigan Lake highs are typically in the 70's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's.
