If you are in St. Louis county it's always a good idea to stop by Arrowhead Lake. Arrowhead Lake is one of the lakes here in the Mesabi Range. Arrowhead Lake gets very little rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is typically the driest month. Arrowhead Lake in fact is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Paddling on Little Fork River is so much fun.

and why not camp at Vermilion Motel and RV Park since you're here at Arrowhead Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a good hiking trail close to Arrowhead Lake called the Taconite Trail; near Arrowhead Lake you discover a golf course called Wolfridge Golf Course.
