At Gabbro       Lake Number Two Dam near Amberger Lake there are some exciting things to see, and dry warm beds await you at Americinn - Two Harbors, Mn. Camping at Big Blaze Camp and Trailer Park is always a brilliant experience, and after a long day outdoors Grand Superior Lodge is a great site to spend a night or two. The North Shore Snowmobile Trail offers hiking at its best. The amount of precipitation that falls at Amberger Lake is close to the national average; June                  is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Wagon wheel Campsite, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Clark Lake.
