After a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Park Rapids is a great place to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Eagle Scout Trail. Summertime at Lake Alice comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's while the cold winter nights at Lake Alice       are in the-10's. Lake Alice gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Pine Ridge Campground is a wonderful local campground, and good hiking is available along the Desoto Trail. You'll stumble on a scenic lake called Bond Lake near Lake Alice. It's a good idea to check out Lake Alice Creek, it's near Lake Alice, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of                  nearby Buena Vista. What a site this is for outdoors people.
