Camping is available at Portsmouth Bay Campground; if you need a place to stay Ruttgers Bay Lake Lodge is a nice choice. A great location to camp here at Agate Lake is Dalois Campground, and a lake nearby is Black Lake. During the months of summer at Agate Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's.
