     Camping at Mackinaw Koa Kampground is always a fine experience, and after a long day outdoors Boyne Highlands Resort is a good location to spend a night or two. If the weather is beautiful, you get a nice view of Billiau Hill from Wycamp Lake, and if you've had enough of Wycamp Lake, O'Neal Lake is close by. You could also have a look at Larks Lake while you're here at Wycamp Lake; it's close by. An average amount of rain falls at Wycamp Lake; during September  
   this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Be careful coming to Wycamp Lake, you might not ever wanna go back home again. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Boyne Highlands is near Wycamp Lake, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Of Harbor Springs is a great choice. Summertime at Wycamp Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Highs during
 
               the winter are typically in the 20's while Wycamp Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Bear River in a kayak; Wycamp Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, K O A Kampgrounds is a magnificent local campground.
Nubs Nob is a good local ski area, and Sturgeon Bay Point is in the neighborhood and always delightful to check out.
