Get dripping wet paddling on Bear River, and since you're here you must pop by Sturgeon Bay Point. The slopes of Nubs Nob are so inviting nobody can resist, and Billiau Hill is pretty and can be distinguished from here. This site is peerless, just look at all the exciting stuff to do close to Wycamp Lake. Wycamp Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Crooked River RV Park is a delightful local campground.       Through the summer highs here at Wycamp Lake get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 20's while Wycamp Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Wycamp Lake is a good location of normal precipitation; the month of September is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Boyne Highlands is                  a brilliant local ski area, and dry warm beds await you at Colonial Inn.
