So many entertaining things to do at Worm Lake, so little time. This is a good vicinity for folks who like lakes. Drummond Lake is a lake in the neighborhood,       and whitewater paddling is glorious on Rock River. The yearly rainfall here at Worm Lake is about average; August is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest. Nearby lakes? Sure, Parent Lake is close to Worm Lake, and do take a hike on the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water?
