This place, Worm Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Worm Lake is a magnificent spot to camp, Perch Lake Campground is a magnificent spot, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two. Worm Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. In case you don’t mind       getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rock River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Worm Lake has to offer, you can camp at Black House Campground. Lateral Creek is in the neighborhood of Worm Lake and is always a joy to stop by, and if you need a location to stay Hilltop Motel is a tremendous choice. Through the long summer days here at Worm Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's, and during the night it cools                  down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Worm Lake temperatures drop to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
