Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Baraga Lakeside Inn, and a magnificent location to camp here at Worm Lake is Black House Campground. Get wet paddling on Sturgeon River, and Worm Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Perch Lake Campground is a magnificent local campground. An average amount of precipitation falls at Worm Lake; of all the months in a year August       is the one with the most rain; the driest month is February. But wait, there's more to do near Worm Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn - Iron River, Mi is a brilliant choice, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Pelkie Creek Hunter Walking Trails. A quick tour to Lateral Creek close to Worm Lake is a magnificent idea; whitewater paddling is great on Rock River.
