An average amount of rain falls at Woodward Lake; the month with most of the rain is September; the driest month of the year is February. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Caberfae Peaks, and you can run the rapids of Pine River. At Woodward Lake you always meet someone from Cadillac, and if you came for       an overnight stay Birchwood Resort and Campgrounds is a perfect location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Woodward Lake, you could also have a look at beautiful Meauwataka Lake; don't leave Woodward Lake without first going for a hike along the McKenzie Ski Trail. This place, Woodward Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Do take a look at Altman Lake next to Woodward Lake, it's a scenic lake; camping is available                  at Peterson Bridge S Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Cadillac. Boardman River is a magnificent whitewater spot next to Woodward Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Caberfae Way Snowmobile Trail. For the period of the summertime at Woodward Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
