After a long day outdoors Ramada Inn Of Whitehall is a tremendous site to spend a night or two; camping is available at Oak Knoll Campground. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Wood Lake you can take a hike along the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail; why not camp at Muskegon Koa Kampground if you're here at Wood Lake. High temperatures at Wood Lake throughout the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Throughout       the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Wood Lake throughout the winter frequently sink into the 10's. Wood Lake is a good place of common rainfall; most of the rain falls during September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the neighborhood of Wood Lake. Best Western Whitehall Inn is a tremendous spot to                  get some rest; you're sure to stumble upon some smiling people from Muskegon-Norton Shores here. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail.
