If you came to camp Pine Haven Camp Ground is a tremendous location to do that, and going for a hike on the Cedar Creek Cycle Trail is always a good adventure. For the duration of the summer at Winters Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's.       For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Winters Lake dip into the 10's. Winters Lake is not the only place nearby, Newell Lake is a nearby lake. There's so much to do here at Winters Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hesperia Campground is a glorious site for that. From a rain point of view Winters Lake is a quite typical place; of all the months in a year                  September is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Here at Winters Lake there are plenty of folks from Muskegon-Norton Shores, and the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail is a splendid hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
