Wheeler Lake is a good location of typical precipitation; the wettest month of the year is typically September, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. If you need a site to stay Hawks Eye Clubhouse Condos is a great choice, and if you're a golfer then a good nearby course is       Grandview Golf Club. Why not camp at Kalkaska County Log Lake Park since you're here at Wheeler Lake; a lake nearby is Croy Lake. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Wheeler Lake. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Wheeler Lake all through the winter ordinarily fall into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Mahan Swamp is right close                  by; Little Wheeler Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by.
