This lake is one of the great places here in the Gogebic Range. There's whitewater on Little Iron River for all you thrill seekers, and the sight of gorgeous Trap Hills is magnificent. All the outdoors fun things in the Gogebic Range will keep you coming back persistently. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Sleepy Pond is right close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but       if it's for you then, we recommend Big Iron River. This lake is so wonderful. The Trap Hills casts its shadow over Weidman Lake, and if you get bored of Weidman Lake you could also pop by nearby Weary Lake. So many cool things near Weidman Lake, simply mind-blowing. Indianhead has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and the Alligator Eye Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Americinn - Silver City, Mi is a perfect site to get some rest.                  Summertime highs at Weidman Lake typically tend to be in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Weidman Lake dip into the-10's. Really fine skiing awaits you at Porcupine Mountain; if you came for an overnight stay Ontonagon County Park Campground and Picnic Area is a brilliant place to camp. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Gogebic Range. Matchwood Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Berland Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.
