Walloon Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; throughout the month of September you get the most rain around here; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at K O A Kampgrounds; for you golfers we recommend close by Crooked Tree Golf Club. All through the months of summer       here at Walloon Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Walloon Lake dip into the 10's. A tremendous close by hotel is The Inn at Bay Harbor - A Renaissance Golf Resort; do stop by Mud Lake, it's a wonderful lake. This place, Walloon Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Gotta                  ski! Boyne Mountain is a good site to do that; you'll come across a pretty lake called Mud Lake.
