Twin Lakes is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Lakes is a fine place to camp, Mesick Trailer Park is a fine place, and after a long day outdoors Pine Chata Family Resort is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. Skiing at Caberfae Peaks is one of those things you just must do; a great nearby hotel is Driftwood Lodge.
This lake is so wonderful. There are pleasant places to explore along the Lincoln Mills

| | Snowmobile Trail; why not a little side trip to Adams Creek. Pine River is a good whitewater spot right next door to Twin Lakes. Lakes are nice; Ferguson Lake is a lake that's close to Twin Lakes. If you go for the outdoors, you'll go for Twin Lakes. Going for a hike on the McKenzie Ski Trail is always a glorious adventure, and a delightful spot for whitewater paddling is Boardman River.

a perfect hiking trail, and camping at Twin Lakes is splendid fun, Traverse City Koa is a splendid local campground. The yearly rain here at Twin Lakes is about average; of all the months in a year September is the one with the most
rain, and the driest month is February. Through the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Twin Lakes, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures
at Twin Lakes dipping down into the 10's during winter nights.
You're sure to stumble upon some cheerful folks from Cadillac here, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Crystal Mountain.
