    If you like lakes and you're in this part of Michigan you can check out Twin Lakes. On a great day at Twin Lakes you can take a hike along the Caberfae Way Snowmobile Trail, and Twin Lakes is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Traverse City Koa is a perfect local campground. Twin Lakes gets a typical amount of rain; September is the wettest month with most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month. This place, Twin Lakes, it absolutely has  
   so much outdoors amusing stuff. Adams Creek is a stream that you may stumble upon during your stay, and a magnificent place to camp here at Twin Lakes is Mesick Trailer Park.
This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Lake Gitchegumee is close to Twin Lakes. At Twin Lakes all through the warm months highs are in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Twin Lakes
 
               through the winter frequently dip into the 10's. Glide down the rapids of Pine River in a kayak, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Caberfae Peaks if you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. Here at Twin Lakes there are plenty of folks from Cadillac, and if you need a place to stay Cadillac - Days Inn is a wonderful choice. Near Twin Lakes you discover the Lincoln Mills Snowmobile Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail; paddling on Boardman River is so much fun. There is a pleasant hiking trail right next door to Twin Lakes called the McKenzie Ski Trail; after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Traverse City is a great site to spend a night or two.
