There's so much to do here at Twin Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Walnut Hills Family Campground is a pleasant spot for that. For the duration of the days of summer at Twin Lakes highs are usually in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Twin Lakes through the winter usually plunge into the 10's. If you need       a spot to stay Best Western Fowlerville is a good choice, and an afternoon playing golf at Glenbrier Golf Course & Driving Range is always a diversion. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Nazarene Campground is a good site to do that, and Quality Inn Durand is a good place to get some rest. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Twin Lakes; September is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. Whitewater                  paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Red Cedar River, and while you're here, you could also have a look at picturesque Hemingway Lake.
